What in your opinion are we lacking at Export Leftovers? What do you think needs to be done to make ELO even better?

I'd like to begin by saying that we have come a long way. Starting three years ago from a meeting room with a 2 man operation to becoming one of the largest online stores in Pakistan is a big achievement. Kudos to ELO Team for achieving all this in such a short time span.

However, I think there is room for improvement and we should follow the kaizen philosophy of continuous improvement. We just cant stop, we need to be evolving all the time to become the leader.

I think we can still improve our customer services department. We should be more adept to our customers and make it easier for people to shop via Facebook and telephone. I suggest we should provide urdu subtexts to make it easier for people to shop who don't have strong English Language skills. I have discussed this with the management and they seem to love the idea.

With more and more Pakistanis owning mobile phones. The future certainly is mobile and we should introduce a mobile app to tap in to the fast growing mobile users segment. We all know shopping on the go is just so much better than buying on desktops.

Lastly, I think Polo Republica should get more spotlight on our website as it is our own brand which is registered worldwide. I urge the management to make it global and introduce more styles in Polo Republica. The management was also discussing about Polo Republica's sports range and I think that would be great for the local market as there isn't any budget Pakistani sports brand. Nike, Adidas and Reebook are just to expensive.
